POLITICS of Vietnam takes place within a framework of a parliamentary representative democratic constitutional monarchy, by which the Prime Minister is the head of government, and of a system of multi-part of pluriform. The executive power is exerted by the government. The legislative power is invested in the government and the two rooms of the Parliament. The legal order is independent of the director and the legislature. Vietnam had been reigned by kings since the 13th century. In 1932, the country officially became a constitutional monarchy, although in practice, the government was dominated by the soldiers and the bureaucracy of elite. The full democracy did not arrive until 1992, if of mass protests forced a soldier-constant government to resign. The current constitution of the country was promulgated in 1997. The king of Vietnam has little direct power under the constitution but is a symbol of identity and unit main roads.
