	Reservations	: Reservations can be made directly to The Santa Maria Travels after the negotiations through the fax or e-mail. A 25% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The remaining 75% can be paid either by telegraphic transfer net of all charges or cash upon arrival. Confirmations should be made at least three weeks prior to the intended schedule along with the client list of full names, sex, nationalities, occupations, passport numbers, visa numbers, visa place and date of issued.
	Payments	: So far, we do not accept credit cards & traveler cheques.
		Other terms and conditions of cancellations, payments, etc., would be informed during the negotiations.
