Yangon-Bagan-Mandalay-Inle-Yangon
Day
1 Yangon Arrival
Welcomed by local tour agency at the Yangon
International airport, transfer to hotel by air-conditioned coach. Evening city tour of
Myanmar capital Yangon, and world famous ' Shwedagon ' pagoda, welcome dinner with
traditional dances at Lonmalay restaurant. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 2 Yangon-Bagan
Transfer to Yangon airport and fly to Bagan by a private airline, 50mins, breakfast on
board. Arrive Bagan, visit Nyaung U market, Shwezigon paya, Gubyaukgyi temple, Htilominlo
temple and check in to the hotel before lunch at Sithu restaurant which is located on the
bank of Ayeyarwady river. Visit Lacquerware industry, evening sightseeing around Myinkabar
village and old Bagan. Enjoy the famous Bagan sunset from Shwesandaw pagoda. Dinner with
puppet show and overnight in Bagan.
Day 3
Bagan-Mandalay
Early in the morning after breakfast, watch the sun rise view of Bagan from
Damayanzikazedi, check out the hotel and transfer to Nyaung U airport and fly to Mandalay,
25mins. Transfer to Gawwin jetty to take local river vessel and visit to Mingun village,
11km up river trip on famous Ayeyarwady river. Visit Mingun paya or the world's largest
pile of bricks, the gigantic Mingun Bell weighing 90 tons and Hsinbyume paya. Return to
Mandalay and lunch at Emerald Green restaurant. Visit Mahamuni paya, Tapestry industry,
Shwekyaung & Incomparable monastery, The world biggest stone book paya and bird eye
view of Myanmar second capital, Mandalay as well as the sunset view from Mandalay hill
top. Dinner at Golden Duck restaurant, overnight in Mandalay.
Day 4
Mandalay-Heho-Inle Lake
Breakfast at the hotel, visit to U Bein's the world longest teak bridge in Amarapura,
11km south of Mandalay. Visit of Zaycho market, the trade center of all upper Myanmar,
transfer to Mandalay airport and fly to Heho. Lunch at Hupin restaurant and then visit to
Inle lake via Nyaungshwe; the famous floating gardens, Jumping cat monastery, check in to
hotel and lunch. After lunch, visit of the Shan traditional Cotton & Silk hand looms,
Paungdaw U pagoda and fishermen who are using the unique fishing method. Dinner and
overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
Inle-Heho-Yangon
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Heho airport, short visits en route on the way to
airport and fly back to Yangon. Lunch at Shan Kan restaurant in Yangon and evening
sightseeing of National Museum, China town before farewell dinner at Oriental House
restaurant. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 6
Yangon Departure
After breakfast, visit Chaukhtatgyi paya, Botataung paya and Scott market, transfer to
Yangon International airport for departure.
