Ingredients

How to make

First chop the chicken and clean. Boil chicken and chicken bones with 2 quarts of water. Add fish sauce and boil for about 15 minutes. Drain out soup to a container, and keep the remaining boiled chicken. Peel off the flesh from the bones. Throw away chicken bones.
Heat the pan, and put the chicken into it. After that add oil, salt, chilly powder and fry for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and pea powder. Remix with the chicken soup. Add 2 more quarts of hot water. Add 1/2 lb of quartered onions to soup. Heat and let it boil for 30 minutes in low heat.
