How to make Coconut Rice

Coconut can be prepared into milk in every market. Or you can buy ready made coconut milk or cream at super markets. First. clean rice and pour ready prepared coconut milk into the pot. Add sugar. salt and onion. Put the pot on the stove and stir when it boils.

How to make Chicken Curry

While the rice being cooked. prepare the chicken curry. Mix chicken with salt and turmeric. Fry pounded onion. garlic and chilli powder in oil. Add condiments in chicken. Pour water into the pot and cook the meat. Then add spices.

The coconut rice and chicken curry go very well.
